½ cup butter
1 cup honey
1 egg
¼ cup apple juice
1 cup raisins
1 cup nuts (optional)
1 cup diced apples
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Cream the butter.
Stir in raisins, nuts, juice and apples.
Mix together dry ingredients and add to mixture.
Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet, about 5 cm apart.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Yield: 3 dozen apple-flavoured cookies.
