2 cups 35% whipped cream
4 cups yogurt
1½ cup honey
1 cup crushed pineapples
1 cup strawberries or blueberries
1 1/3 package Graham wafer crackers
Line 4 8-inch square baking pans with a layer of Graham Crackers
Whip the cream.
Blend together cream, yogurt, honey and fruit.
Spread ¾ of the cream mixture onto the bottom layer of crackers.
Add another layer of crackers.
Top with the remaining cream mixture.
Cover with waxed paper.
Place in freezer and serve frozen.
Finger-licking good!
